A new girl!

Been divorced for a year. Main problem is lonliness. All my family are abroad, have my lovely dogs which keeps me in touch with my ex. Silly!

The pain has gone but there is still a longing. Get all worked up when he is coming to see the dogs... You may think why does he need to see the dogs? Probably me hanging on to what has gone and looking for that one little glint in his eye for me.

Hi izzy

You don't say how long you were married, but it does take time to get over a long relationship, some people say a month for each year together!!

If you are finding things lonely why not join some local clubs?

Hi

Yes I know. Been married twice. 20 years the first, and 14 years the last one.

Do feel positive, appear to have lost my purpose for now. Learning to live alone, it has its upsides!! Lost my husband and the children all in the same year.. moving on, away etc.

Am a granny of one year, but he is away of course,so miss him too.

Thank you
