Hi everyone,
my name is elan and I have separated from my wife since 2005. We have a daughter who lives with my wife over 200 miles away from me, so this is difficult as I see her infrequently. We want to get divorced, however we were both married in India, but are living in UK now.

We are looking into the procedure of getting divorced, and have not started yet. I can't even find our marriage certificate!

Elan

Sorry to hear that your daughter is so far away from you. Do you manage to speak by phone or talk via MSN? Hope you find your certificate, but if not you can request another.
Good luck,
Grace
