Hi,

Having spent the last 7 months living with my 2 children I have now decided to start the divorce...

It is the only way I think I am going to get my share of the house as discussion on the subject is not working!!!

My husband moved his new woman in within 2 weeks of me going..I am not going to sit back any longer watching them living it up whilst I am in rented accomodation (nice tho it is) when I am owed a lot of money from the house.

Don't really know where to start!!!

:( :(

Hi,

I have not been on here long myself and but there are lots of people on here that give very good advice and I am sure there will be someone that will be able to help you with the divorce stuff. And support on many other things that go hand in hand with all of this.

I joined 9 months into my divorce and its still confuses me.

Take care and good luck x

what I did was when I first decided to start was to go and have a one off chat with a solicitor and see my options and it went from there.
