wow great site and forum.
I've been married for 8 years and am certain - and will get proof! - that my wife is having an affair. She's been frosty for over a year too and here's my main fear: she doesn't pay anything towards mortgage, bills, council tax (I earn more than she does but she works and we agreed ages ago to share bills - she stopped contributing bit by bit and now I pay the lot!).
Should this all lead to divorce, can someone please give me an indication of what she'd be 'entitled to' from me? I would intend staying in the house (I'm paying for it already on my own! She would not be able to and I suspect she has been spending her disposable income on clothes - she always has new stuff and doesnt let me see her credit card bills (as well as her mobile phone, obviously...).
I am 47, she is 39, we have no children.
Thankyou for any advice you can give me on this.
Mark
