what are you concerned with? Without any details it is hard to provide any information.

Do they wish to be divorced? If so then your son can petition for divorce on the grounds of her adultery, if he has proof or she is prepared to admit it.

The more your son and his wife can agree on finances, childcare arrangements etc the quicker and easier things will be. If there is conflict things will take longer and involve some of their potential settlement ending up lining solicitors' pockets.

There's lots of information on this site as well as the government site
212.137.36.113/infoabout/divorce/index.htm

additionally the local library will have a section on divorce, there are lots of books about it.
