Hmm I am introducing myself here, as a new member to the forums. Brief potted history, divorced many moons ago, looking back now I would say it was very nasty, and acrimonious. At the time, with two youngsters of two and 7, and all the finances riding on my shoulders, I probably just got stuck in and went for it. Since then, have not remarried. Children are now flying the nest, and over the past time while bringing them up I have variously trained as a business and life coach, trainer in NLP, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master. Done a Masters Degree, published various book chapters, all manner of conference presentations, oh and now I shall stop because there is so much more it's .......
So, anyway, here I am bringing my positive upbeat self to the forums. Occasionally chipping in with words of encouragement at times of 'trouble' and happy to bring some positive energy to what some people might think is a negative event

well positive and upbeat is what a lot of us could do with, so welcome aboard!

I have been separated for 9 months and have just begun to feel more confident and happy.

Well JWW, I'm with you there... I see divorce as an opportunity - to live a different life. No matter the reason for it, there is muc to learn from the entire experience of it. And through the challenge of it... we grow :)

Welcome aboard
