I was recently divorced back in February. I have a 11 year old son who I love greatly. My wife bought my half of the home at a reduced rate and in turn I took on the loans etc on the house and let my wife have everything in the home which were basically in my name. My wife did not want any money for my son but am personally saving money each month for him. I was wanting a Clean Break Order my ex-wife has stated now that she does not want or will agree to such an order. What are my options?

Without a clean break order, either party can come back at a later date with financial claims re pension and such like. If your present agreement is not formalised, this is a possibility.
