Thanks for all your advice, problem with any agreement is that we haven't made any contact since she left 8 days ago. I know she came back in yesterday, to go through some of her personal stuff, but I was upset. Funny how she can manage that, but hasn't even seen the kids.

One of us will have to speak soon... but I feel we're in a bit of a stand off right now.
