:S i left becuase i felt threatened, my solicitor says i have grounds, there are no dependants. He is on pension credit and i earn, if we legaly separate he will play ball but if not he is threatening to contest it and says he will wipe me out. Already its cost me a grand and going to court could cost me 30K which will have to come out of the house he stil lives in and i pay for. Im between the devil and the deep blue sea help!

what has already cost you a grand? If your husband contests the divorce and "wipes you out" it will also cost him. Only solicitors win if people scrap in court.
