I am new to all this my partner is the one in the worst divorce it went on for 7 years now they are divorced just!

But contact and house is still in the court i have done every thing I can to try and help but it as the point he is going to walk away from his 2nd due to the mind control games she is playing and the son the two!

When the child has been here he has been happy and even wanted to stay one week on week off at hers she could not have that and a barrage of emotional blackmail has lead him not coming also plenty of lies about me and his dad etc enough said there!

Just now we are preparing to go the high court to try and have an undelivered document removed from proceeding on which the judge is has frozen the house case and told lawyers to sort out!

It is all such a mess he was waning to wait till kids where 18 or out of full time education but no she want to in force and document that was wrote over 5 years ago and has a shelf life of six weeks!

This is so very sad and leaves her with £95.000 profit and my partner with £5.000 how can this be right! It not is it! Anyone want to help looking for cases where undelivered documents where disallowed and minute of agreement over turned due unfair provisions or length of time!

We do have lawyer but think we are are going to give them there P45!

Thanks for reading :woohoo:

This sounds complicated and I don't understand. Can you set it out chronologically and clarify what document you are referring to and why you think the Separation Agreement was unfair? I presume this involves an agreement made before the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 was implemented (I think I feel a headache coming on!)
