Hi Everyone
I would just like to say hi to all. I have just registered on this site. I am about to go through divorce proceedings with my wife of 17 years.

I have 2 children, 16 and 13, who we will be explaining to shortly about our intentions (after exam time). I am still at home but will be moving out shortly to rented house.

Feeling quite low at the moment but have better days than others, never good days, hopefully gets better with time and routine.

It does become strained and stony at home, trying to act as if all is ok.

I look forward to communicating with people on the site, hopefully with any advice I can input, and and advice I need with my experiences.

Thanks

Hi blankcanvas,
Well done, you have found a good place to reflect your thoughts and maybe find some clarity, I know how hard it is trying to make sense of things when communicating with ex partners is unrealistic, here you will get male/female perspective on many of the issues currently spinning around in your head and personally, I have found this very helpful, couple this with emotional support and when needed, legal advice, what a find.
So I say welcome, keep posting.
Regards Mickwil.
