Afternoon everyone,

Found this site while googling - wish I had found it a 'few months back' - still better late than never

Well, quick resume - female, divorced (last june, after 27 months), not my choice (after 17 years of marriage) but the best thing that has happened.

Now trying to sort ex and finances out - hes been 'stalling for last 17 months' - Xs form E missing documents (lots of) - wont answer the questionnaire or supply full and frank details.

eeeeeee, he's taken ALL the assets (literally everything) and recently offers me a paltry £10K. I dont think so.

Am not bitter - just gonna get even - cos I know he's lying. Clearly now, he doesnt want this to go through the Courts but thats the way Im taking it.

Have met a lovely man who is totally the opposite but my life is currently on hold till I get the X sorted.

Thankfully there is life after divorce - im living proof!

Hello

After 17 months it may be time to file form A with court (£210 to HMCS) and get this sorted the longer you leave it the harder it is to sort out, eg he has all the assets if he spends spends spends it could all end :(

Evening dukey

LOLOLOL am doing that - filed three weeks ago! LOLOL

My solicitor politely responded to his 'offer' - advised X and his solicitor of my action! hee hee

Ive been very amicable all the way along - to the point that in 2006 I offered to take one property and walk away from everything else. He declined, lolol. Now it looks like, hopefully, he will pay for his stupidity and lies!

Based on my experience - this 'male' needs teaching a lesson. Thankfully, not all males are the same and I do feel for them.
