HI Hadenoughnow, thanks for taking the time to read this post.
EX is on IB I believe for deppression. He had been off of work for a year before that for work related stress,he was not stressed but hhad had an arguement with his manager & had no intention of returning to work.
This was the time I realised I could take no more ,I have had years of him losing jobs, walking out on jobs, arguing & getting sacked always someone elses fault!
Iam worried that when this goes to court they will favour him because he on this benefit.
OK back to pension I have just started a council run pension &have also got them to put money from a private pension I started & stopped into it I believe this is about £2500.00.EX has never had a pension
The EX is still living in the FMH & has one of his friends living there,he has parties and is slowly destroying the house ,decor ,furnishings etc. I am powerless to do anything I just tell myself at least we are safe & he doesnt bother us the kids are so much happier.
Iam still paying for mort ,ins,un sec loan, sec loan am now thinking of taking a mort holiday as I dont think I will get any money back from the EX even though he is living there & not paying maintenance.
As regards to the application for the Absoloute think Iam going to apply as he only has the MH as an asset unless there is some other reason why it might the FMH ?
Thanks once more. Imms x
