:( hi , well weve all been to soliciters , am i right in thinking everything has to be valued before things can procceed?the pot is very large i smallholding , in scotland and a large farm down south plus various loans i have given the buiness , its all in hubies name apart from 5% which is in his fathers .. hubby wanted to exclude midland farm, and sel here from under me ... funnily enough i have given my soliciter a heap of paperwork to prove that thefarm down south was not a gift from his parents , as they were forced to hand it over to avoid bancupcy and my husband and i had to sell another property to bail and has upped his offer and wants to settle .. am i selling myself short ... complicated
