Hello - I'm finally getting around to sorting out a divorce from my husband of 27 years. We both agreed that we should separate two years ago now, but to be honest it has taken so long to come to terms with the fact that our marriage no longer works that we have not really done anything about it. Now that our 2 oldest children (we have four) are moving out of the family home, there is no reason not to. Things started off fairly amicably - there have been no 'affairs' on either side - we just don't get on! However after so long in limbo, there is a certain amount of bitterness, especially as we are still having to share a home. We don't really speak, just avoid each other as much as possible -not good! Now is definitely the time! I'd be interested to know if anyone has used the 'fixed price divorce' procedure and what they think.

Hallo Randomflowers

and welcome to Wikivorce

My ex moved out last year to live with someone else, after we'd been together 31 years, 18 married. I am now over the emotional upset but havn't got round to divorce matters yet.

I am sure someone will be able to advise you about the fixed price divorce.
