Hi all, Mark here looking for some tips and hints on how to get a variation to an existing contact order.

Ex wife refused to co-operate with anything outside of the current 1 night a fortnight order, when my 8 year old son is wanting at least an extra night on each contact.

She also refuses to behave when it comes to requesting slight changes - big problem is I'm re-marrying next April and we're very concerned that she will try to prevent my son from attending as the only date available was one where he is due to be with Mum, and not me.

Paint me a nightmare . . there's lots more issues going on, claiming harrassment when I'm trying to get an emergenct contact number (she keeps changing numbers claiming I'm abusive - haven't actually spoken to her in about three years!) - she's made thinly-veiled allegations of "issues" around my son's safety when with my wife-to-be' youngest son who is 15. The potential for massive life-changing problems for a young lad who is totally unconnected with anything she has alleged doesn't bear thinking about, and she has the wherewithall to say one word to the Police and he's in the frame - an all too familiar scenario for some people these days. Lives ruined on the word of someone with an axe to grind.

So, I need to amend the Contact Order I currently have. No use of Solicitors (sorry you Lawyers out there, but I've given up with paying Carrion creatures - no offence intended, apart from those who deserve it!)

Any help gratefully accepted.
