Just a quick note to introduce myself; I'm Bob.... entering the divorce process after 18 months separation..one beautiful daughter of four years old. Gosh, perhaps I need to develop a personality and be just a little more articulate on here!

Well done for having the courage even to join! Don't know what to say to you, other than keep strong for your daughter. I know what you mean about articulating your thoughts/feelings. It's difficult to put all down in writing; it's emotionally draining and day to day life and practicalities seem to prevent the flow of writing 'stuff'. I have only posted a few times, but I have found even that helps. Use the website whenever you need it. But don't let it rule your life. It's a tool to get you through the tough times and make you strong again. Tracy
