Hi All,

Well, where do i start?

I am just at the beginning of what appears to be a complex and damn expensive (god im in the wrong profession - am going to come back in the Afterlife as a Solicitor!) period of my life.
Following 2 episodes of domestic violence (which i pressed charges for) i have taken my kids and moved out and am starting a new life for us.
I want to divorce as soon as possible and have just dipped my big toe into the whole divorce mindfield and can't believe how costly everything is.
Please God someone out there tell me that things get better than they appear right at this very moment.
I'd welcome any support (and friendship) from anyone who's going through the same thing.
Thanks for reading
x

Welcome to Wiki :). Think of us like the Cheers bar, but open 365/24/7. It is easy to make friends here - chalk the forum walls and think about popping into chat. As you can see from the photo gallery, they tend to be a pretty nice bunch :).
