Hi, new to this and looking for a little advice from anyone.
I am living back in the uk now my ex has stayed out in spain with the kids this we agreed on as the kids have a better life out there and are more spanish now than english. I have regular contact with them as go out to see them often and speak to them on the phone almost every day. I have heard from different people (you now how it is) that getting a divorce when one ex partner lives abroad is difficult, therefore can anyone out there that has been through it or going through it give me any advice or point me in the right direction.
look forward to any feedback.

Hallo Marky and welcome to Wikivorce

I don't have any experience of this but I am sure someone else does.

If you and your ex can agree (as you have on childcare arrangements) about the finances, divorce can be straightforward. Things slightly more delayed due to extra wait in papers being posted to Spain but not significantly so I would have thought.
