Hi,
I've been reading through lots of posts on this site, and have found them very informative. I hoping that someone could give me more specific advice for my situation, Which is :

My Wife and I are heading closer to separation . We have both agreed that if we do split we would look after our children 50/50 (we have two children 8 & 4). Sell the house and split the equity (£70K) 50/50 after paying off debts. We have been married for 9 years and my wife works part time.
My net income is £1850Mth and My wife's is £1100mth.

My question is, will I still have to pay maintenance, even if we have joint residence of the children?

If my wife was to work full time (her salary would be more than mine), what would happen then?

Thanks in advance

For anyone to help you you need to read the "Please Read" thread and post that info. The more detail you can give the better :)
