My husband left in March after telling me he was going to have to do a paternity test, this was for a so call friend who's partner was questioning if he was the father....he assured me nothing had happened, but I said to him "why are you doing the test then", a far question I thought.
We have not spoken much in 4 months apart from the numerous phone calls from his family...
I then started divorce processing against him, to him turning up this weekend with the papers in piece, stating he was moving back in (we own a house together, joint mortgage).
Just to make things even worse, he has a drinking problem and spent the weekend drunk....and he has told me the baby isn't his!!!!
My question is what can I do if anything??
Sad and unhappy, snuggles.:(

As your husband is on the deeds he has a right to live in the house so unless he is a threat to you I don't think there is much you can do till you are divorced.

You aren't the only one in this situation on site though, pop into chat to talk to others.
