Hi Guys

So glad to have found this site here's a breif outline of my situation........

Husband left 9 Jun 09 after a year of hell there is no going back!

We have one child between us and I have a son from a prev marriage.

This evening had to call the police as he was bang on my door calling my house phone and mob for 40 mins. Anyway Police called very nice took down the details etc...

Last week came in to see my daughter then refused to leave and said that as he was entitled to half of the property he wasn't going anywhere, it really scare me and my children and I will not let him back....

Can anyone advise me on have to stop this and getting a order in court....any advise will be my appreicated..

My advice to is to keep calm and seek legal advice on what can be done.

The most important thing to remember is that child needs to have contact with the father, Any legal action that you take Must be necassary because its causes friction and also cost a lot of money.

Remember using courts and solictors is a costly process and they are always more interested in making money than solving your problems.

Good luck.

what you're looking for is an Occupation Order, I think. This will give you sole right to use the property for the time being. You may also want to consider a Non-Molestation Order as well as this will stop him from harassing you (well, it can't stop him, but if he doesn't, it puts you in the right when dealing with the police if you see what I mean). Seek legal advice and take care of yourself.
