so sorry to hear of your situation

this story sounds so familiar to mine your not alone the strength and guidance is unbelievable here on wiki

take time to heal don't rush things its a process you must do im still trying to come to terms with things but now trying to devote more of my energy on me rather than dwelling on her

as hard as it is to accept now when you focus on the failure of your relationship how can you possibly fix yourself and make yourself an even better person for it?
I believe the best medicine for me now is to simply to accept, adapt, and heal myself with out focusing on my relationship i was trying to save.

save yourself from yourself.

good luck mate post , blog or visit the chat room get the emotions out

I feel for you. My wife left me and my two boy's (13 & 15) after 18 yrs together - without warning just after Xmas this year.

I got the "I do not love you anymore" and I tried and begged her to keep us together but underneth the bluster she had met someone else. My experience so far has been horrid with my wife moving away for a time and then moving back (almost next door to us) with the guy she is having an affair with!

Be very careful and stay strong for your family, they will need you. Be prepared for the worse scenario but beleive me you can overcome the difficulties as me and my two boy's have and are doing.

A I say, stay strong but do not beg her to stay or change her mind it only makes their will stronger and you and the family will get hurt.

Feel free to email me.

Brunswick.
