When did you last have contact with your husband? Do you have his email address if so, send it there and see if comes back.

If you wait another 2 years, you can apply for divorce on the presumption of his death (7 years separation) whether or not is not the question here.

Notices Other means may mean you may have to put some notices in the major newspaper here such as the times and a major newspaper in the country where you suspect he is.

As I had said if your separation has been since May 2003 and no contact since then court simply has to be satisfied that you have given notice only.

Notice can take many forms as above. You could also try serving his relatives addresses here, as someone is bound to be in contact with him.

Keep a record of everything you do including all photocopies which you may present to the DJ.
