I have no solicitor but have to attend a first appointment next week. I dont know what happens at this meeting?

Does my 'soon to be' ex's solicitor attend?
Does she speak for him?
Can I take a litigation friend?
form E's have been exchanged, and I have sent my questions, but had no reply. Do I get the reply back or do I just wait until I go to the court to find out? (I haven't had any questions back yet!
What is the court's impression if he has lied out his cohabitation? Will they take any notice?

I dont want mediation - it has been nearly 2 years. I just want them to decide on the papers I have submitted. Does anyone know what will happen, as it is a 30 minute appointment, which seems no time at all to sort it all out?

Hi Paul, thanks for your reply.
When you sent in your e form and the statement of issues, did you reply back to your ex's solicitor with the answer to her questions or did you just wait and answer at the court?
Did your solicitors speak for you or was it down to both you and your ex?
