Welcome to wiki, you have come to the right place for help and advice.

Your best way forward would be to see a solicitor, there are many that do half an hour free.

The childrens welfare is first and foremost and they need somewhere to live. Your wife cannot tell you to sell it is something that has to be worked out between you. But as I said a solicitor would be able to tell you exactly where you stand.

Remember small steps, visit the chat room here on wiki there is normally someone there to chat to.

Take care
xx

I agree with Jay, try to focus on the kids as they will be looking to you for security.
My youngest was 15 when her Dad left and it took away a lot of her confidence. They also worry about you as well as dealing with their loss. One day at a time but you need professional legal advice.
Take care!
