I'm feeling confused and not sure what to do.

If we can agree amicably i'm thinking of getting a quick divorce but want to know how I can be covered to stop her coming back for more money possibly later?

How quick the divorce will be depends on how busy the courts are and how easy it would be for you and your wife to agree finances.

You want a Clean Break settlement - but whether you get one or not depends on your and your wife's circumstances.
