Hi there,
I discovered your site a couple of months ago and found it great - I wish I had known it when I separated in March 2007!
Although our separation was "amicable", it was nevertheless very painful and I have realised it took me over two years (in June this year) to grieve my failed marriage and move on with my life.
Our situation is fairly straightforward: no children, no debts (but a mortgage) and we both work full time. We have fully agreed on financial arrangements.
So I was thinking doing a DIY Divorce using one of the online companies advertised on this site. Is there anything I should be aware of prior to ordering their packs? Are they kind of regulated?
Thank you so much for your help and recommendations.
Chris

The wiki package is all done by family law solicitors and barristers as such they are regulated as are all solititors by the SRA.

I used the wiki sols its done via a phone call and email and with luck takes 12-16 depending how busy court is, you can call them for a free chat they will answer any questions you have.
