Hi Pink

Similar situation to you. Married 19 years, together for 22. It's been a big body blow but i'm nearly 3 months down the line. Wish I'd found this site in the early days when I really was in the depths of despair. Still have my moments but I'm feeling a lot stronger than I was. I've taken a lot of advice from the other wiki people who have been so supportive and who have been where we are at the moment but have managed to get through devastation caused by their break ups. Take care, be strong and remember there are so many of us on here who you can have a rant to or just say how you're feeling. It's done me the world of good because over the last few weeks I've been finding myself using this website to off load how I feel instead of burdening my friends and family, who, by the way, have been absolutely amazing. I never realised how lucky I am and how much they think of me.

Lonely xx

Hi Pink

I joined this site a year ago, when my partner of 31 years (18 married) left to live with someone else.

It's a life saver, this site. Post questions on the forum, start a blog, pop into the chatroom for instant support and come to an event to meet a bunch of friendly peeps who know what you are going through.

My dog's waving madly as well. Oops just remembered I haven't got a dog.

Seriously though, you'll get through this and if Wiki can help it's a comfort.
