The only way it can be done is by a Consent Order a legal document that states who gets what financially, once you have Decree Nisi this agreement can drafted by a solicitor and then sealed (agreed) by a judge.

The consent order will be "Clean Break" on assets so no further financial claim can be made by either of you on assets, income is slightly more complicated as you have a child together, you need a consent order is the answer to your question before i go into hyper ramble mode.
