Hi
The wife left me (kicked me out) three months ago. She said she was just fed up with me and unhappy. She has a daughter from a previous marriage and we have a daughter aged 4.

I'm staying at my parents in the spare room as I can't afford my oiwn place due to the extra commmuting costs and paying the bills at home.

I feel that I have lost everything, my family, home, dignity and just feel lost and empty.

She now won't talk to me and just shouts at me, she has refused many requests to go to guidance counselling. I have found her in town on a night out without her wedding rings on, she has told me she has been lying to me about going out, today I found her ex boyfriends number in the redial list on our house phone while I had the kids, when I challenged her she spent 2 hours shouting at me.

I'm at a loss and am struggling tbh

just look after the children and try to ignore her she may be winding you up and it is working, she will regret it in the end the grass is not greener on the other side

I have never really understood why women can kick men out of the house and it seems so acceptable. What if it was the other way round?

it is not generaly advisable to leave the FMH - can work to your disadvantage when it comes to child access and asset split. You may want to try and get back in or at least review why you should pay a lot of the costs.
