Hi guys,

I know a lot of u will already know me from chat and stuff and we no doubt have shared some laffs. That was while i was kicking about wondering if i was or if i wasnt going to be climbing on this emotional roller coaster ride with u. Some of u know i came on last year and i have never blogged im not good with words and feel awkard trying to express myself, but ileft for a while to try again, well it didnt work, does it ever i wonder?

Rambling! yes my heads all mashed up sorry guys. Dont know where to start or what to say so its all comming freeflow. I just spent a wonderfull sleepless night in a police custordy suite because my stbx attacked me and i restrained her. So there i was with all the godshites and layabouts and drunks being done for assault quality!!!

the aggressor gets away with a nice bed and duvet and me i get to stay awake at her majestys pleasure till they decided to interview me this morning and then realising there was no charge to answer let me go.

it cud so very well have been much worse tho and i feel so betrayed now, it has focused my resolve and im now strapped in and setting off on this ride i never wanted to be here but if i gotta go then lets do it.
Those of you who do know me will have to bear with me i feel empty inside now and tthe mankydog humour has fully deserted me as a strong and confident soldier of 24 years i sat alone alone in my cell and cried till my eyes were sore wat a baby! never thought i cud be this hurt but no going back now im wiki forever so this is me saying hiya all again please help me thorugh this as im being totally destroyed by it all.

Thanks guys much love to u all

Hey!!!

Don't beat yourself up for having emotions and wanting to vent, you ARE allowed and not forgetting that you are a human being!!!

Yes we make mistakes, we give things a second shot. At least you are being true to yourself.

Emotions, feelings, love, hurt, stress........take it a step at a time.
