hey mick, take one day at a time, use this forum for support, lots of us in the same situation as you find yourself. You will go thru so many emotions, ups and downs, this is normal, speak to good friends that you feel comfortable in confiding in, and dont bottle up your feelings like a lot of men do. Use this forum when you need to chat, or dont know what to do, there are lots of people here who will give you good practical advice, and who will understand exactly how you are feeling, take care, ausgirl.B)

hey mi58ck

you've joined the right place. you'll never be alone whilst you have the wiki peeps!!

pop into chat or blog away with your rants. There is always someone who will give you support. It has been my lifeline in the two months since I've joined and I've had great support from great people.

You will have to take each day as it comes at the moment. The rollercoaster ride isn't great but you will get through it. You just have to treat yourself kindly.

Take care

Lonely xx
