Just wanted to welcome you to wikivorce. There are many on these boards in your situation so I hope you're able to get the advice you need. I think you already realise that the divorce is going to cost you more than it costs him - in fact, if he's not putting in - then he stands to gain!

It won't seem fair to you - divorce rarely looks fair to either party. The length of your marriage means he will probably walk away with something.

I do agree with Itgetsbetter though... the sooner you can resolve this, the less it will cost and the sooner you will be able to draw a line under it and get on with your life.
