Presumerably you have credentials that can be checked?

It's a good point - how do we know who is a real Resolution accredited IFA - when neither the IFA prof. body nor Resolution is publishing the list.
The only way to verify is by paying a solicitor to give us the details?
Why so much secrecy?

Do your divorce clients come to you only by referral from a solicitor?
Is that what Resolution want?
No independent advertising of DIFAs?

Eeeeee stop that & be thankful someone is taking time out to advise peeps of things we dont know about..

People are driven to despair until they come upon this site.. personally I welcome everyones advice whether professional or personal.. I dont ask for personal credentials of those giving adivice!!
