I see that nobody has replied to your post
and so I will offer you a few thoughts.

There is always a theoretical risk in doing your own thing in a divorce situation before the terms have been incorporated in a Court order, whether the order was made by consent or following a Court hearing.

That said, the impression I get is that the house was in joint names which means both of you would have to sign it, which your wife would not have done unless she agreed with the proposed division of the proceeds.

The question she has to ask is, if she thought it was fair at the time, why is it unfair now ?

On the face of it the division seems reasonable.

The Court has to try and r e-house both parties and it looks as though you have had an equal start on the road to independence.

So I would say your wife's claim is not
likely to succeed,on the facts you have given me, but I can offer no fir m guarantees.
