hello , i have been seperated since may 2004 . i want to start devorce proceedings , but i dont know where ex partner is living ! i think she still lives in andover hampshire area . csa would know but under data protection are unable to help me . i have tried online electoral roll registers without success also tried contacting local council in andover again without success ! whats my options ?

If you have lived apart for five years, you can Petition the court for divorce serving the papers at last known address.

I thought I might have simular problem as I did not know stbx address.

The courts will find it but its around £100.
