Hello

Although not recently seperated the idea of chat rooms and forums is a very recent idea. My husband and I split up 18 months ago and although I have lovely friends and family about very few have any idea as to what I've been through and am still going through! On a positive note things have definatey got better but I can't say that life is great.

Divorce seems to be taking an age! We can not agree on the simpliest things and although I know its our children that ultimately suffer I can not just give in to all his demands! I feel like I'm running out of steam........I work part time, have three children and not enough hours in the day to get everything done.

Heres hoping 2010 is better than 2009!

you will find lots of support here. I am like you 18 months separated and at the beginning of the divorce process. I also work part time and have 3 kids (spooky!)I have come through turmoil and still put up with a lot of grief but I know I am heading in the right direction.

I agree divorce takes an age especially when your stbx doesn't respond to any deadline. I have all the fianancial agreement sto get through in the next two weeks but I can see the finishing line in the distance and am holding out til I get there.

Hope you find the support you need here.
