Here is a link to my problem/question www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Divorce-Forum/...ease-help.html#22881

but in the mean time, to introduce myself - I'm Jo, 29 and getting divorced (obviously) I am a mother of 3 and my husband had an affair shortly after the birth of my 3rd (his second) child.

Ex is living (and engaged) to the other woman and I'm in a relationship with a wonderful man - tell me that a year or so ago and I'd never have believed you!

I've moved around 4hours away from my previous location for a fresh start and it's the best thing that ever happened to me .... I'm now focusing on getting ex out of my life and being divorced and officially single.

I maintain as 'nice' a relationship with my ex as I can for the childrens sake and he has open contact with them - I don't hate him for what he's done, but I don't want to be his wife either and hope that someone here will be able to help me with that!

Take care and all the best
Jo x

Hi Jo, I'm afraid your legal question is out of my ball park, though I might be able to give you some help with the rest! It sounds to me like you're getting well sorted already and full credit to you for maintaining a 'nice' relationship - that can be a tough call. What is it that's causing you a problem between not hating him and not wanting to be his wife?

Jackie

Hello and thank you for your comment!

I don't want to be his wife any more as he's moved on and so have I ... the help that is required is purely from a legal aspect - sorry, I didn't make that clear!

Take care

Jo x
