Hi xhxsx,
Sorry to hear you are having these issues, as Rasher has alread said it's very difficult to prove these neglect issues. If it is just money she is after is there any way of accomodating it if the kids are suffering? My kids mean the world to me and if I had to and thought it would help them I would find extra. The other option you could take is look to have them with you on a perm basis? I'm sure there will be more ideas and similar instances on here to help you
