Hi joined for chat and info. Going through divorce and husband who left me for my best friend is not playing ball. Whoever said the women take the men to the cleaners, I haven't even got a mop. Need to find a way forwards and get on with my life. Have 3 teenage children who husband has forgotten about. Need a new solicitor who can get things moving, anyone any ideas?

Yea easy (lol) 1 bit at a time. 1 day at a time one action at a time and so on. Thats how I did it. Not all women take there husbands to the cleaners. Just decide what you want for you and make the 1st step. You cant force him to see his kids. But dont rubish him in front of them. It *will* backfire on you. Go and see a solicitor and get an idea of what you can get. Then try and work out what you want based on the options in front of you. I let my ex wife divorce me. With hindsite I should have done it. It would have cost a bit more but would have given me a lot more satisfaction. Also I would have had control over the time table. She mucked me about a lot and I had many (when you going to do it) conversations which cuased me a lot of distress. Life is about learning haha. Good luck. F
