Hi All,

Just joined and getting lost here! Too much info! Okay Pat my husband said the same - but never kept to it! He's left me in debt - all in his name - other's he some how passed to me and my life is a living hell. I was almosted evicted - and now I can't find him to divorce him!
Seek legal advice. He said he didn't want a divorse too - WHY? Because he knew he would have to end up forking out money, giving me an allowance, paying his debts (that are still in his name at my address). Don't trust a word he is telling you.

If any one reading this is facing debts to pay - that are not in their name - please get in touch.
