I have now contacted the solicitors (National Family Law Practice) and they will take on my case. However I have an urgent question. Just half an hour ago, my wife was getting ready to go out with her friends and she could not find the keys to the car. She told me that I wa an idiot for loosing the keys which I did not. But anyhow, I closed the door as she was screaming. She started screaming saying I purposely closed the door to hur her. The door did not even touch her.

She told me that I would regret this as this was threatening behaviour ans she would go to the police.

The law apperantly branded me an abusive husband and I would regret this last violance. I feel like I am a criminal. The statement she gave to get the non-molestation order is full of lies and she knows it. She actually admitted it but now she is doing this. What do I do if the police turns up? She is getting really vicious now because she saw the forms I was filling to send to the solicitors. Any advice?
