Hi. I have been using the site for advice and suport but my pc needs updating so I cant usually join in forums!
Due to the financial situation forced upon me I want a Clean Break & walk away with my share of the house (If it is not seized by HMC&E) Failing that I will walk away with my clothes, my cat, and my dignity. Along with a debt I do not deserve!!

Big hug, as such tough times. I am doing clean break as he has talked about moving abroad and I could not chase him for CM if he stopped paying. I just gave him a lump sum and he is signing house over to me. I start new job on 1st Oct but don't yet earn enough to take on mortgage in my name but will be pating it, i have to indemnify him against non payment of mort. All I have to do is either sell house or earn enough (which I can do) to take over mort by the time 15y old leaves full time ed (inc uni). It'll be tough as no CM but at least I have home. He'll have life of reilly and hopefully die in a plane crash before he cancels his life insurance:-)
