Hi Iwillbeok

A warm welcome to Wiki. Glad you found the courage to introduce yourself. I know how hard it is, I felt like I didn't want to 'bother' everyone with my problems when everyone had plenty of their own. But to honest since I have been replying to other people's posts I've found it very theraputic offer comfort to others.

Your story is very similar to mine. Really happy marriage then out of the blue he's off with a work collegue, who he's apparently been seeing for over a year. Total shock, feel like I've been hit by a train, cry myself to sleep most nights, but I now know that I will be ok, time is a great healer. A lot of my new more postitive attitude is a result of the very very kind and caring people on this site.

Keep posting, you'll still have lots of bad days, but they will get less and less, then one day you'll be surprised to realise that you're back to your old self.

Take care of yourself.

Mad x
