I hav began to get copies of all his emails & bank papers,etc..

But believe me I kno he will not offer anyhting as he got into this marraige only 4 the visa & the money.

& now as i hav changed my passwords & taken back my cards fr him he's retaliated by filing 4 a divorce.

I really do not want to go to court bcoz of all the hazzle.

Wat happens if i do not respond 2 any letter fr the court or his solicitor?

Will the court still give him a divorce & then how else can i get to clear my name which he has tarnished to his lawyer as unreasonable behaviour?

Will i still go to court to settle the property part?

Any other way to resolve without going to court thou i kno he'll not back down & i'm not planning to give him anymore of my money.

Anyone else would like to join the thread or hav any suggestion do pls join in.
