Just thought I would say hello. I found the site whilst looking for information on final settlements. Have been divorced for 4 yrs now and must say my experience has been a walk in the park compared to some of the things I have read in the forum. As painful as it was I now feel quite lucky.

Have to say to all of you in the middle of all the pain and hurt - it does get better. It never totally goes, especially if you have childrem but life does continue and can be fun. Its nice getting to know new people and great doing new things that you might never have done before.

A great site.

Hi Simo

It's so nice to hear from a 'survivor'! Gives me hope that one day this will all be over and I'll be living a normal life.

Stick around, we can always do with advice from someone in the know.

Take care

Mad x

I would say I have a different life now - not sure if that is normal though. To be honest I dont want to be normal anymore and just want to have new experiences which I think I am having. My new partner is as mad as a hatter and totally different from my ex. It is taking some getting used to but who knows where it will take us.
