Hi my name is Lucylou, my husband walked out 10 months ago, I have no idea where he is. There might be mental issues but nothing confirmed. Can I sell his car?

Is the car registered in your name? Is there no way of contacting him at all? Have you told the police?

No, the car is not registered in my name. I've looked at the various thread, and I think that my situation is not the norm. He does not want to discuss anything with me, nor has he made any contact with me since he left the property.

It borders on unreasonable behaviour/desertion. I've been down the police route, only to be told that a third party stated that he was safe. To be honest, I really don't know where to start!!!
