Hi, this is my 1st post and wondered if anyone could help me out. My partner and i have been living together for the past 23 years and have decided to sell up and go our seperate ways, just wondered where i stand regarding who gets what. thanks

We had a deed of trust set up by our solicitor when we brought the house 10 years ago and there is quite a lot of equity in the property.
