Was the court order for immediate or deferred sale?
If it was a deferred sale has a trigger point been reached??

You may need to consider an application to court to enforce the order.

Hi it has a trigger point
My son who is now 20 finishes full time tertiary education
He done his first year course Gaming
Started second year doing forensic science
But the next thing I know he is doing a work experience apprenticeship ?
But very veigh
Then started another course living in animal care
I did get a solicitor to contact her asking was he to be an eternal student until he finds something he likes
She agreed in writing to put house on market the following year
It sold within 3 days and it just dragged on
Next thing I get a message from her I'm pulling out
I can't find anything I can afford
That was a year ago
Tried contacting her no response for over 6 months

Is he at university doing a degree?

The order should say something like 21 or end of first degree.

What is the exact wording??

Not at uni yet
He says he has another year
Then looking at uni
The order says full time tertiary education

I did ask her the question as to what he has exactly been doing with a full rundown of his attendance regards

But nothing was forthcoming
She is hiding something
And worst of all getting my son to lie
I'm 71 now she is 55 and not worked in 20 years
Yes I know I was a mug
She told me she had cancer and couldn't have children

I have the feeling he s
